Frequently Asked Privacy Questions

Below are the questions we receive most often about data collection, storage, cookies and your rights as a dearcrore account holder in India. If your question is not covered here, use the live chat or in-account form to reach our privacy team directly.

We collect your full name, email address, mobile number and date of birth at registration. When you make a deposit, we also record your payment-method identifier — for example your UPI handle or Paytm number — to process the transaction securely.

We share data only with payment processors such as UPI networks and PhonePe to complete deposits and withdrawals, and with fraud-prevention partners to keep your account safe. We never share your data with advertisers or sell it to any other company.

Transaction records are kept for the period required under applicable Indian financial law. Profile data is deleted within 30 days of a verified account-closure request. You can submit a deletion request through Account Settings or via our privacy email.

Log in to your account and use the Privacy Request form in Account Settings, or email our privacy team with your registered mobile number. We will confirm your request within one business day and send the data package within 72 hours.

We use session cookies essential for login and analytics cookies to see which pages are visited most. Analytics cookies can be switched off at any time using the Cookie Preferences panel in the footer. Essential session cookies cannot be disabled as they keep you logged in.

We store only the reference token or identifier returned by the payment network after a transaction — never your full UPI PIN or PhonePe credentials. This token lets us reconcile your deposit without holding sensitive payment credentials on our servers.
